  • Information We Collect Automatically:
    • User-Generated Content: We collect the videos, images, logos, and other content you create, upload, or share on our platform.
    • Usage Data: We automatically track how you interact with our service, including clicks, views, and session activity. We use trusted partners like Google Analytics to help us gather and understand this data.

2. User-Generated Content

Any content you upload or create on Genyad remains your property. However, by using our service, you grant Genyad a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to access, use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating and providing our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights or copyrights.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share certain information with trusted third-party service providers to help us operate, analyze, and improve our platform. We only share the data that is essential for them to perform their services.

  • Analytics Providers: Google Analytics helps us understand user behavior.
  • Payment Processors: To securely handle subscription payments.
  • Ad Data Providers: Social Fetch, to retrieve publicly available advertising data from Meta's Ad Library on our behalf (see below).

4. Meta Ad Library Search Feature

Genyad offers a feature that lets you search Meta's public Ad Library for video ads running on Facebook and Instagram, for competitor research and creative inspiration purposes.

  • What we access: When you use this feature, your search terms are sent from our servers to Social Fetch (socialfetch.dev), a third-party data provider we use to retrieve Meta Ad Library data on our behalf, rather than to Meta directly. Social Fetch returns publicly available advertising data — such as advertiser page names, ad creative text and video, delivery dates, and a link to view the ad in Meta's own Ad Library — which we display back to you within Genyad.
  • What this is not: This feature does not access your personal Facebook or Instagram account, and it does not require you to log in to or connect any Meta account. The data returned is limited to what Meta already makes publicly searchable through its Ad Library.
  • How we use it: Search results are fetched live and displayed to you; we do not use this data to train AI models, and we do not sell or share it with any other third parties beyond Social Fetch acting as our data provider. We may temporarily cache results to improve performance.
  • Third-party terms: Use of this feature is also subject to Social Fetch's terms and to Meta's Ad Library terms and policies, since the underlying data originates from Meta.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data very seriously. We have implemented robust security measures, including data encryption, firewalls, and strict access controls, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

6. Your Rights and Control Over Your Data

You have control over your personal information. At any time, you have the right to:

  • Access Your Data: Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct Your Data: Request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
