Credits are bought as one-off packs rather than as a subscription, and they never expire. Your balance and transaction history are visible in the account area, and the free plan's allowance requires no payment details at all.

How purchasing works
- Pick a pack: €29 for 15 credits or €99 for 65. Enterprise packs are custom.
- There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
- Credits are added to your balance immediately on successful payment.
- Balance and history are in the account area, alongside a per-action transaction log.
What is not charged
- Uploading, transcoding, transcription and indexing footage.
- Editing, restyling or re-exporting an existing variation.
- Meta Ad Library research.
- Additional aspect ratios of an ad you already generated.

Is Genyad a subscription?
No. Credits are bought as one-off packs and never expire, so there is nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Credits do not expire, so they remain usable indefinitely. Refund questions are handled by support case by case.
