Exporting ads
Ads export as standard MP4 files at 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 or 16:9, laid out per placement rather than scaled from one master. Resolution is 1080p on Free, Starter and Growth and 4K on Enterprise. Re-exporting in another ratio costs no credits.

Ratios and where they go
| Ratio | Resolution | Placements |
|---|---|---|
| 9:16 | 1080 x 1920 | Reels, Stories, TikTok in-feed, YouTube Shorts |
| 4:5 | 1080 x 1350 | Facebook and Instagram feed |
| 1:1 | 1080 x 1080 | Feed square, LinkedIn |
| 16:9 | 1920 x 1080 | YouTube in-stream |
Uploading to ad platforms
- Export the ratios your placements actually buy. Exporting all four for every variation creates review work without adding creatives.
- Upload the whole set to one ad set rather than drip-feeding it, so automated allocation has something to choose between.
- Check each export in the platform's own placement preview before launch, particularly the bottom band.
