No, and neither does Meta for commercial advertisers. Spend ranges are published only for political and issue ads.

No. Meta Ad Library search is free in Genyad; credits are only consumed by generating video output.
Can I search TikTok ads?
Not currently. TikTok's Creative Center is a separate public source and is not integrated.
