Languages and voices
Genyad writes and voices ads in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Hindi. The script is written natively in the campaign language rather than translated, and the voice for each language is chosen from a set curated for commercial delivery.

How voices are chosen
Most large voice catalogues are built for customer support, audiobooks and meditation, and those reads are wrong over an ad even when they sound pleasant. Genyad's per-language voice set was narrowed by reading the public voice descriptions and keeping the ones that describe commercial, promo or broadcast delivery.
One voice is held across every retry of a variation. Re-synthesising with a different voice each attempt would make measured durations incomparable and the export inconsistent with what was timed.
Length drift between languages
The same message takes different amounts of time to say in different languages. German commonly runs longer than English, which is why the read is measured and a script that overruns the target is rewritten shorter rather than the audio being sped up.
Frequently asked questions
Which languages does Genyad support?
English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Hindi, with scripts written natively in each rather than translated from English.
Can I clone a voice?
Not on self-serve plans. Custom voice work is handled as part of an Enterprise setup.
Can I run an ad with no voiceover?
Yes. Captions and music alone suit muted placements, and it is worth testing against a voiced cut.
